I want to get a spreadsheet of account activity from January 1 to March 31. I put in the dates, select "generate," and ... it fails every time. All it says is "failed/retry." I click "retry," and it fails again. Total there are about 20 transactions, so it's not like it's a long report. What's going on? And I can't find any phone # or email or chat for Paypal itself--rather frustrating.
