When I go to Activity and click on statements I'm automatically redirected to https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/statements/tax .  I don't want tax statements.  I've tried three browsers now.

Hello, @brokenwebsite. What you described is certainly not the kind of experience PayPal wants for customers! I hope this is helpful.

Thanks for mentioning that you've tried three browsers. Please also try logging out of everything on your computer, delete the cookies and temporary internet files (via Windows Control Panels including Java, Internet Options and Flash Player, if applicable), and then re-start your system (including your computer, modem and router, if applicable).

If that doesn't work, please log on to your PayPal account, click Contact at the bottom of any page and then select the topic that best fits your concern. Please work through all of the links/prompts offered by the bot in order to see all of the possible options for secure communication. You also may send a Private Message via Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/paypal) or send a Twitter DM to @AskPayPal.

I hope this is helpful. Thanks for your patience during this time.

Sincerely,

Michael

For anyone coming across this problem from Google, the direct link to the activity download page is: https://www.paypal.com/reports/dlog

Since the PayPal website doesn't seem to work properly (clicking the download button on the Activity page just takes you to the tax statements page), you need to use this link directly to get to the right page.

@PayPal_Michael , please ask PayPal's web team to look into this, as your support docs are also wrong.

Hope this helps you @brokenwebsite!
