Buyer reported transaction as unauthorized

I just got an email from paypal about my buyer's transaction being unauthorized after getting the payment (10 days ago) but we clearly communicated before payments were sent.. The service was not physical but I sent it to their email address...

 

I contacted my buyer but they haven't responded yet about the report, or if they were aware of such happening.

 

What should I do since it's still under review?
