Hello everyone! First I must say my English grammer is very poor. But I will explain myself to the best of my ability. So I just started out selling online. I received an order from a family restaurant through PayPal for 150 Surgical mask. There was some delay in shipment and the buyer was notify about it.. after the item was shipped the buyer opens a case 2 weeks after which stated missing refund or credit. The buyer knows that the order was shipped and also got tracking number. And the case is still open and the item is deliverd to the buyer. Are people this cruel in this world?
