Auto Forward Transaction to a different email

We are currently using PayPal as a Business Account for a Non-Profit organization to accept dues online.

Is there a way to forward all transactions to our Secretary and Treasurers home email address so they do not have to log into PayPal.

Right now the transactions go to Our GMail generic address.

I could auto forward from GMail but would rather it auto forward to each individual from PayPal

You will need to add the treasurer's email address to the PayPal account and make it the primary email address so they now get all the emails of all transactions. If payments get sent to non-primary email addresses (in your case, the gmail email address) still linked to the PayPal account, the primary email address I think still gets an email.
