Associated Accounts

Hi, 

I have an account with Paypal that is linked to our Shopify store and ebay store. 

We have had no issues with our customers and or ebay. 

Paypal has said our account is associated with two other emails and frozen our money. Anyone have issues like this? What did you do to fix this?
