Hi Guys,
So ive cancelled an old account which before I had, removed a bank card which was added to it.
This was due to the fact that different accounts require validation of addresses for payments which i couldnt do with the old account since it was in another country. But the issue is now that i cant add the Card as a message keeps saying the Card is being used by another account. When frankly i removed it and deleted that account. Any Help is appreciated Paypal service line is crap
