Activity statements

I want to look at the details for transactions including the fees paid to PayPal.

The "help" tool says to click on "activity" and then select "statements" to see details.

However there is no "pull down menu" presented

The "activity" button just shows the total amount of the transaction.

Also supposedly I ask click on "reports" -- but that is not shown on the page either.

What's going on?

For personal accounts:

Activity > Filter > Payment Received 

Click a transaction and you'll see the fee on the right side.

Statements page are for when you want to create reports. If you want to just search and look for fees online with out creating reports using the method above.

For Business accounts: 

Activity > Activity (including Balance and fees) Tab

I have the same problem. I go to Activity, but there is no drop down for statements. It works on my husband's Paypal account. When he goes to Activity there is a statement drop down. Any ideas what is going on?
