Activity log begin ending balance

Can I setup my PayPal activity log (transaction log)  to show The balance before and after each transaction?

No, they got rid of that but you can download account activity to include it:

Activity > Statements > Custom > Activity Download

Select Transaction type, date range, customize report fields, and report format.
