Activity - empty transaction history

I have been trying to access my activity to review my past transactions, and it is stated that there are no transactions yet (which I actually have done recent transactions). How can I fix this? Thanks.

Hi @poppypace and @Kevin_Russell,

 

I'm sorry to hear that your activity is not showing any transactions. Have your payments been made through your account after logging in, or have you entered your card number during the transactions to conduct them as guest payments? If they were guest payments, they would not be tracked in your activity on your account.
