Activity download

Hi!

I wanted to download my account activity for entire 2018 year. Paypal said that will send me email, when it will be ready, but it was more than week ago. Does it really takes so much time? Or should I contact Paypal staff as there is a problem with Paypal service?

 I tried to do the same. But I waited and watched. -- After a few minutes the screen said "failed: retry", So I tried again, and it came up with same response.   I also tried to download some activity that was shown as PDF format,,, and It did not download - just got a spinning thing on the screen - for a long time, till i got bored. and left the screen. Never did download anything.  So, this whole activity report thing seems broken to me. (I use chrome)  I then went to the activity report page and did the exact same operation (a list of 1 year previous activity) and in about 4 seconds it reported the activity... unfortunately is was not in a down loadable format.

In summary: the search takes a few seconds to do, the report is not being created, there is no explanation given for the failure, and in your case - no email was ever sent probably cause it failed to generate the report.

Hi Erick311 and welcome, 

I am sorry to hear that you have been having issues downloading your activity. If you are downloading your activity please try downloading it in smaller segments. If you try downloading it in three month segments instead of a year it tends to work better.
