Is it not possible to view my statements on my iPad? The instructions say to go to My Account, then click on Reports. There is no Reports button, or any way to see my monthly statements. Or to download my 1099, although there is a button for that in the tax help section. Do I have to use a desktop? What am I doing wrong?
