Activity Report - only 10 columns instead of 41

Dear community

I run a limited company so every year I do an expense report where sometimes I include some of the items I paid with PayPal.

I used to export all PayPal transaction over a year with 41 columns but I can not longer do it under my account. When I go to Activity screen I can only see an option to choose date range, filter transaction and select statement type.  When I click "Statements" icon I can see a screen where I can choose out of two options: Custom statement and Standard Statement. Standard statement gives me nothing. Custom statement takes me to a different screen where I can choose transaction type, dates range and file format . There is no opportunity to manage the list of fields exported. So when I press "Create Report" button I only get 10 columns report which is next to useless to me as I have too many transactions to match over my company expenses..

Surprisingly, under mt wife's account, there is an opportunity to export 41 fields.

What is wrong with my account and how do I generate report which contains all 41 fields?

There should be a link called "Customize Report Fields" or similar just under the drop down menus when you go to:

Activity > Statements > Custom > Activity Download

Select Transaction type, date range, customize report fields, and report format.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
