Activity Download Reports - Keep failing!

I'm trying to create my usual monthly activity report but every time I try I get a Failed / Retry message.  Is paypal having technical difficulties today?  Tried this using different browsers and on different PC's but with the same result - Failed!

Me too.  It's the same for all date ranges and types - All Transactions, Completed Payments & Balance Affecting.

I have a similar problem but after I click download, a new window pops up and then a blank white screen.

I am having this problem today as well.  No matter what I try no activity will download.  Every download option links to the activity download page so there is no other option to download short of copy/pasting from the activity screen.  That is last resort, I plan to keep trying periodically all day before I resort to copy/paste methods.
