Accounty History or Activity MISSING

I'm trying to view/download all of my 2017 account history (75-100 transactions) but when I request that date range under the 'ACTIVITY' tab, I get no activity found.  It's as though all of my account activity is missing past 90 days.  Actually, I can see back to April 2018 but that's it.  Any ideas?

I just went into my account to make a payment to a contact I've had for the past several years and there is now no record of these transactions in my activity log, nor is this person in my contacts anymore. Where did all this go?
