I was wanting to view some information from 2013/14, but I can't view any activity beyond 3 years back. Any idea how to help?

Create a report:

(Personal acct) 

Activity > Statements > Custom > Activity Download

Select Transaction type, date range, customize report fields, and report format.

(Business accts) 

Report > Activity Download

Select Transaction type, date range, customize report fields, and report format.
