Accessing transactions from several years back..

Hello-

I've been a business user for many years.  I need to access a few transactions from 2012 - 2013, but can't seem to go back beyond three years of records (2015.)  I've seen a half dozen similar posts, but the PayPal interface has changed over the years and the old solutions no longer work.

Any ideas?  Or am I stuck with 3 years only?

Here is a PayPal History link. When creating statements for downloading, create them in twenty three month increments.

I've tried this, but it only goes back to August, 2015.  

I click the "download" link and when the new page opens >> Download History >> Date Range.  The autofill calendar only goes back to August 2015.

In a desktop browser, set the calender dates, then select the orange "Show" box to the right of the calender boxes.

Then, next to Download: CSV, there is a more tab. Try selecting PDF - All Activity, in the more tab.
