Hi, anyone can help me about this, I have question because I opened personal PayPal. account, do I have to pay taxes every year? I DNT even make a thousand a year. thank you.

The thresholds that determine whether or not a 1099-k is created by PayPal are not an indication of whether or not tax payment is required by the government, and those obligations may also vary by state.
