Hi, I just received 1099k from PayPal. My gross number are only 2500. It’s not meet federal minimum requirements but I still receive it. I guess it’s because I live in Illinois. So should I only file this form on Illinois or I should file both federal and Illinois on my this year tax return?
I have the same issue except for a different state (VA). I'm told by VA, that I do not have to file state income tax based on this however I'm not sure about the federal. Also, how would I file this as I am not a business and don't have a schedule C etc...
