Paypal has my EIN and SSN,
I want to make sure they file my 1099k under my EIN.
How can I arrange that since Paypal has both my EIN and SSN?

Hi @MatthewTran,
Thank you for your post! I'll be happy to clarify the matter for you.
If an account has both an EIN and SSN associated, the 1099-K will default to the EIN. If there are any issues found after the 1099-K is received, please check this page for help.
I hope this helps!
Olivia

Hey did you end up figuring this out? They also gave me a 1099K under my personal name and social security number.
Really need help to change it to my EIN and business name. Thank you!
Will update you if I find any answer. This stuff is really messing with my taxes..
