I have not received $600 for any services but PayPal is saying I have and will issue a 1099K! I was refunded money from Belk ($150). A lady mistakenly sent me money ($2800) and I REFUNDED that back to her IMMEDIATELY. Now PayPal is saying MADE MONEY and is sending me a 1099K for the amount! How do I stop this!?
