Hi!
I can find information in PayPal for 1099 information if I am a seller but does anyone know about how Paypal issues 1099s if you are not a seller? I dog sit and get paid through paypal and am hoping to find the threshold necessary for a 1099 if i am not a seller. ther service I work through says if you get paid directly from them you are issued a 1099 if you make over &600 in a year an that if you get paid through paypal, that paypal is the one who needs to issue the 1099 and may follow a different rule.
