I have a question about this, to get clarification:
$20,000 USD in gross payment volume from sales of goods or services in a single calendar year
200 payments for goods or services in the same year*
Do you have to meet BOTH or just one of these? Like can you have 300 payments, but the total of the payments is $10,000 or less would they send me a 1099-K?
