When I issue a PayPal invoice but a merchant pays another way (via bank transfer) is this still reported as income on my PayPal 1099? I've received a 1099 from this merchant as well and wondering if it is duplicate.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
