I do surveys and other activities on various sites, after collecting a certain amount of points I cash out and receive the money in Paypal, do those dollars received count towards the $600+ limit for a 1099?

Hi @retired53,
Welcome to the PayPal Community and thank you for your post!
I do understand your concern with this. Please be aware that PayPal are a payment processor and do not offer gaming services. Please proceed with caution as services like this can be risky and usually too good to be true.
All Goods and Service payments received will count towards your $600+ threshold. For further details, please click here.
I hope this helps!
