1099 Disappeared

Help! My 1099 from PayPal has disappeared! I accessed it in January now it’s GONE and when I call PayPal they have no record of a 2020 or 2019 1099 form for me! I know with absolute certainty I have one for 2020 and I definitely had one for 2019. I obviously used to it to file my taxes.

Same thing happened to me! If anyone has an answer please do tell. My forms from 2019 and 18 are missing as well.
