Hi, I've been trying to download recent history logs and these won't save to my computer. Has anyone else experienced this?
It might be that I don't have the right software, but when I try to "save as" the file type option is "All Files" and not a particular format - does anyone the format it should download in?
Never done this before so any advice would be much appreciated, thanks!
