How can I get a report on only the shipping fees I paid out so I can deduct them on my taxes?

Download a full report in "history" for the entire year, then open it in Excel or LibraOffice (free).
Turn the data filter on and filter to just records that were sent to USPS or with the word "shipping".
Use the auto sum feature to get the aggregate amount spent on shipping. Use the same procedure for paypal fees and refunds.
