I will be making a purchase from a seller from Alibaba site, This particular does not have the paypal on their Alibaba site. So if something goes wrong, like my order, am i still safe in filing a dispute with paypal?
This seller does have a paypal account, but i dont know their history, track record if they are in good standing,
