I cannot figure out how to run a report that shows sales based on item id. Should be simple, but I am lost. I am selling three items, each is set up w/ a different item id.
I don't think it's selectable by item before generating the report but what I have been doing is downloading the entire year's data, including the item ID element and make sure you select "include shopping cart detail". Once you open it in Excel, turn on the filter and select the item ID that you want.
