why does it say my funds are available yet i cant transfer or do anything

Hi all,

My first salary arrived to my account, all oik aI made one payment for $275 which went through, now everything else it blocks with a message that transfer cannot be made at the moment, please try later. I suspected it must be to do with limits but I hit the relevant link and it takes me back to the same page. Email and bank details are both verified. Where can I check what the problem is. I wrote to customer service, about as much use as a chocolate fireguard.
