One of my Buyers is asking for a refund. I was supposed to give him an account in this game called Fortnite for about $50. I gave it to him then he messaged me. "Guess what, ima go and ask for a refund on PayPal, Get Scammed." Can someone please help me with this situation. Right now he is currently lying and saying "I did not receive the item and i want my money back." Now my balance says -$47.91.
