Sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your information.
When you click the link in your email, you should be redirected to your PayPal account. You will need to view your Reports page in your activity. You'll be able to download any completed statement reports from there.

That’s not true. I just tried what they suggested and it doesn’t let you. Messaged message center and message replied that within 40 days I’ll receive an answer to my request.
