Unable to generate a report of transactions for the last year

Hello folks. I am trying to generate the report of transactions for the last year and it doesn't work. At first I tried to generate a transactions report for the entire year. It failed. Then I tried to generate a report for the first quarter of 2018 - it has failed again. I tried to get in touch with paypal support. Requested a call back. It got disconnected before any one of the support even answered. So I am writing here to see if there is something I can do to get the report generated. 

Alternatively maybe there is a direct way to get the technical support team on the phone?

i opened a support ticket, seems this has been reported about 5 days ago with no further update.  i agree, chat wasn't able to help - they just referred me to support.  no reports work.  seems this would be a hot issue?
