Transaction downloading does not work?

I tried to download a range of data, 3 months worth and the result was one transaction? What???? Every time for the last year that I have tried to use the quicken format for download I am lucky to get file that has more than a few transactions when I know I should have dozens on there.

 

Ideas????

Hi @Taxeon,

 

I'm sorry to hear that the results in your download are not matching what you're seeing in the summary of your PayPal account. If you've used any settings to filter the output, that may be limiting what you're seeing in the download.

Same as Taxeon.
No filter used.
Also can no longer use Quicken to automatically connect and download transactions.
