Responding to an "Unauthorized transaction claim"

Hi,

I just woke up to my first PayPal case, an "Authorized transaction" one. I sold someone a piece of software I made, and one day after getting him setup with it and teaching how to use it I wake up to a refund attempt. I'm blocked on social media so I can't ask him why he is trying to refund me. I have proof of him knowingly sending the amount over in an agreement to purchase it, but I can't do any more than view the case. It does not let me reply to it. I am wondering how I can respond to this type of claim on PayPal to speed up the case.
