Can paypal look up card transactions for card associated with PayPal account. I have money missing from my card. Either paypal didn't credit that amount to my to my account or someone has my card info. Because a transaction from my card to paypal was made but the money is gone.

Create a report:

Activity > Statements > Custom > Activity Download

Select Transaction type, date range, customize your report fields (including payment method used), and report format.
