PayPal is not deserving of an A rating this company stole over 12 thousand dollars from our business. All because we received a lot of orders PayPal has placed on hold all of our fund s to where we can't even issues refund for cancelled orders and we can't even ship the orders we have received. I've tried everything to get this issue resolved including providing documentation such as proof of delivery and proof of orders as they requested. But they still refused to released our funds. They refused to even release the funds so we could issue refund for all the orders that we were forced to cancel. Now since PayPal has refused us our money we are now in preparation to file a massive lawsuit against them. Since communication has failed we have no option left.
