Yesterday I have found an unauthorized transation in my account.
It was for "Marketing Live Club" so I looked up in Google and no information showed up.
Also there was a receiver name "Kien Dang", looked up for that name and no information showed up.
Then, I have looked at the details of the item, which was apparently "Fix Facebook Pixel Fb Catalog Issue" discounted by 50%.
As I do not recognize the name, the service given, the discount, the transaction itself and no information about a webpage was given, I reported the activity to get a refund.
Paypal service staff/bots have reviewed the activity and closed the case as it was authorized from their point or view.
I expected more information, like seriously, who the hell is this guy/girl who have stolen money from my account??
Anyway, I wanted to talk by phone and all lines are closed.
Is there any way I can contact with them?
