How can I download a Customer Contact Info List/file - for sending Postcard Thank You notes?

It can’t be very hard...I just haven’t tried to do it.

The Customer Contacts are listed on Individual Transactions; but they likely are stored together as well?

Can someone help me how to Download/export All the info into a Spreadsheet (or something) to then be able to speed up the process?
