I have no clue how this forum works, so please correct me if this is in the wrong place or if I need to go somewhere else to find a solution/answer
Back in January of this year I got an email from the PayPal service email. It said something along the lines of, "Hello, [my first and last name]" "Action required Confirm your taxpayer status". This is for my business PayPal account so I didn't think much of it. I clicked the blue bottom at the bottom that said "Confirm My Taxpayer Status" and completed it and went on with my day.
I just now realized that the link at the bottom was to a http link instead of a https link. I'm super confused since I'm 99% sure it's from the real PayPal email, but I'm just a little confused about the link. When I click it, it loads and brings me to a https PayPal website.
The link was something like this "http://www.paypal.com/policy/compliance/IRS_1099_K/policyId/ " and then a bunch of numbers.
Should I be concerned that my information was leaked?
