I use my PayPal account entirely for eBay sales. This is the first year I received a 1099R statement for taxes. Does the 1099R Gross Amount of Payment include pass through funds paid by a buyer for shipping and taxes? It looks like these are coming in and then being sent out. Since these are collected and then immediately dispersed elsewhere these should not count as income. I just want to make sure I'm interpreting this correctly in order to file a correct (and woefully late) tax return. Thank you.
