Activity Reports still not working? "Purchase amount" still showing in the Item Title column.

I started seeing "Purchase amount" appearing in the "Item Title" column back in Sep 2021.  I just ran the report again and am still seeing this.  The report is useless unless the data populates accurately.  Need to know what the Item was.  It used to work, what happened and why can't they fix this?

Welcome! I'm sorry to hear that specific report isn't populating correctly. Have you reported this to our Support teams yet? They may be able to see if they can run the report to see if they're getting the same data back. I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page.

I have the same problem. Any luck in getting Paypal to fix this?

I reported this glitch officially to PayPal 1/3/2022 but still no word or resolution 1/25/2022.

I sort of got a reply which said "...the reason of this is because the merchant or the seller is not putting a name in eBay seller website. I suggest to contact eBay and address this matter."

Unsurprisingly, not an answer that makes sense as all ebay listings have the item title in them, how else would you know what you're buying.
