I have called and talked with several PayPal representatives regarding the 1099-K of 2019 reported to IRS by PayPal. The account number IRS got is not my PayPal account. I need PayPal send me clarification so that I can show IRS that account number is not my account number. One of PayPal representative created a case I-105238-5268 and asked me to send email to PayPal for clarification. It's been two weeks since I send email. I still didn't get any response. PayPal service is really poor.  Any suggestion what I need to do to get PayPal response me?
