Hi, I have a problem, I added in paypal 2 times to download the money from your account in the amount of £88.71, the money was taken from your account but are not deposited into your paypal account, I wanted to cancel and get a refund on your account, how do I do it?
If the add funds you have initiated were already on pending status, there's no way for you or PayPal to cancel it. So, expect that you'll be debited twice. On the positive side, once the money is posted on your PayPal balance, you can surely withdraw it back to you Bank account instantly.
