 Hi, 

I put $5000 for 100 Ad packs to traffic monsoon on 7 september 2015, until now nobody can withdraw anymore because the owner say Paypal blocked the money for customer garantie because the owner have in the pass some Scam problem with others company he open before.iwanna know  as a paypal client, Can i get a Refund of my money Please because i was thinking Traffic monsoon was a good investiments for my money..

I would be very greatful if someone from paypal could explain why some people are recieving refunds and others are not?
And why my claim was simply closed without an opportunity to reply?
