i recently put an iphone on ebay to sell and all went well untill i recieved an email stating the item wouldnt connect to his itunes, he then disputed the transaction and got his money back from paypal under it wasnt as described... i never mentioned anything about itunes and the description was spot on, the buyer now has my iphone and a refund... scamming **bleep**! and paypal fell for it... i either want my iphone back or my money thats owed. paypal wont respond to me either, are they as bad as each other? and where do i go from here?
