refunds

hello,,i am new to all this,,i have had 2 refunds from argos,,,none have made it to my bank or paypal funds,,one is well over 30 days,,,i tried to contact paypal,can only get a robot reply,,HHEELLPPP..whare is my money?????

Did you fund the payment to argos via bank transfer or debit card via paypal?

sure i paid with paypal and it came out of funds i had already in my account,,,,

Have you bought anything and paid for it via paypal since the refunds should have gone in??

The reason i ask is that if you have funds in your paypal balance and then buy something then paypal will always take from those funds (as that is now the default funding source), rather than from your normal funding source eg bank account or card.

To check go and click on the word "details" next to any recent paypal buying transaction and see if they were funded from your refunds rather than your normal funding source.

sorry i am not good on computers and i am not sure what you mean,,,i have 2 refunds from Argos ,,no1 on 21 jan 2015 for £69.99 and the 2nd on 9 feb 2015 from Argos for £173.94,,,.......i have 2 recent buys on ebay that i used paypal for i have sent you the details here of 4 paylal dealings,,2 out and 2 in,,the 2 in -Argos refunds arenot in my paypal balance or my bank account,,so whare arethey???..,,they are--see below, 

new not..just spent a hour trying ad transaction details,,keeps telling me -correct the highlighted errors and try again-,,i am realy starting to get very unhappy with this paypal noncence,,i want my money back..now..,.
