I have been using Paypal and eBay for 8 years, had a few refunds but never found them in my bank account. It is now a couple of hundred pounds. What has happened?. Refunds registered on Paypal acount then disappeared. Who has the cash?

If you funded the original payment via paypal with a card then it will go back automatically to your card.

Takes about 7 days to process back to a bank account and a bit longer for a credit card.

If you paid via instant bank transfer or funds in your paypal account then it goes back to your paypal account but don't forget if you buy something paypal will always take from your balance rather than your normal funding source so that is maybe why some refunds have "disappeared"?

As far as I can see, Kernowlass, No sign of refund against Paypal payments or in instant bank account over lasy 2 years. God bless you sown there in the sunshine!
