I need to partially refund my buyer but because paypal have put a hold on my payment i cant, pllease help??

Hey there,

It sounds like there is a dispute open for this case and that’s why the funds are on hold. If you are offering a partial refund to the buyer then you need to state that in the open dispute on eBay and the buyer needs to accept it. Once this is done you will be able to issue the refund through the eBay dispute in the eBay Resolution Centre.
